BIODRY is the series designed with a heat exchanger that is ideal for processing organic products.
Thanks to a special stainless steel exchanger, the combustion air does not come into contact with the product because it remains separate from the drying air. In this way, organoleptic qualities are preserved and any kind of contamination is avoided. The structure of the boiler is compact but at the same time allows for low emissions to the atmosphere and minimizes thermal energy losses.

BIODRY features
The operating principle of these dryers is to keep the fuel combustion air separate from the drying air that comes in contact with the grain. In this way, the quality of the product is not compromised.
Load hopper
The hopper allows loading of the product to be dried and separation of unwanted elements and materials.
Load auger
Allows the loading of the product to be dried inside the dryer.
Central auger
Designed to transport the product upward, reintroducing it into the drying area, and subsequently facilitating product discharge.
Swivel discharge
The dried grain can be discharged simply by gravity or, if there is no slope, by an auger equipped with an electric motor.
Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger keeps separate the air flow used for fuel combustion and the drying air flow that comes in contact with the grain.
Fan
The fan draws in air from outside and through the pre-heated oven, conveys it inside the bell to reduce the moisture in the grain.
Ejection cleaner
Device that removes impurities using a drop ejection mechanism.
Electrical panel (automatic / manual)
The electrical panel enables the management of all the dryer operating processes.
Drive (gimbal and/or electric)
Strahl mobile grain dryers can be equipped with PTO (or gimbal), electric or mixed drive, depending on the user's needs.
Sensors
Devices that measure and monitor product temperature during drying processes.
Recirculation flows
Recirculation flows show the cold to hot air paths pass through the exchanger and end up inside the bell. Through microperforated sheets, hot air allows air to pass through and dry the product.
