FRP Series

FRP Series
Intensive dual-burner drying

The FRP Series meets the most challenging drying requirements, thanks to dual-burner technology. This solution allows for differentiated temperatures across multiple zones of the drying column, increasing flexibility and effectiveness on grain with high moisture concentrations. It is the ideal choice for farms and collection centers with intensive production requiring fast and uniform results.

Why Choose the FRP Series.

Dual Burner

Two integrated burners increase the available thermal power and heating flexibility, suited to demanding working conditions and grain with high moisture content.

Differentiated Temperature Zones

The drying zones are managed with differentiated temperatures along the column, to allow gradual and uniform treatment of the grain, reducing thermal stress.

Intensive Drying

The FRP Series is designed for processing high-moisture grain, with reduced drying times and homogeneous results, ideal for intensive productions requiring high yield and consistent quality.

Main Fans
Main Fans
Positioned at the top of the system, they generate the dryer's airflow. They are equipped with a silencer and damper to minimize acoustic and dust emissions into the environment.

The efficiency of FRP dryers stems from the optimization of the drying process.

Air intake
Process air is drawn from the environment to be heated.

Product cooling
In the lower section of the dryer, the dried product is cooled with air drawn from the environment, prior to extraction.

Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is expelled from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.

Central drying zone
The recovered hot air, after being heated by the second burner to a higher temperature, passes through the grain in the uppermost zone of the drying column.

Upper drying zone
Hot air from the first burner, at a lower temperature, passes through the grain in the central zone of the drying column.

Energy recovery
The hot air from the final drying phase, still efficient, is recovered and reintroduced into the system to reduce consumption.
