The FRPX Series provides superior performance thanks to a combination of two burners and a grain resting zone. This system allows control of different temperatures along the drying column, increasing process efficiency and treatment precision. In the resting zone, the product is not exposed to the airflow, preserving maximum quality. The entire process ensures high overall efficiency by exploiting air recirculation.

Two integrated burners increase the available thermal power and heating flexibility, suited to demanding working conditions and grain with high moisture content.

The drying zones are managed with differentiated temperatures along the column, to allow gradual and uniform treatment of the grain, reducing thermal stress.

The FRPX features an internal tempering zone within the column, where the grain rests before the cooling phase, reducing thermal stress and improving final product quality.
Air intake
External air enters the dryer to be heated and support the process.
Central drying zone
Hot air from the first burner, set at a lower temperature, passes through the grain in the central section of the drying column, ensuring balanced and efficient drying.
Upper drying zone
The recovered hot air, elevated to a higher temperature by the second burner, flows through the grain in the upper section of the drying column, ensuring optimal performance.
Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is blown out from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.
Product cooling
In the lower area of the dryer, the dried product is cooled with external air before extraction.
Energy recovery
Hot air at the bottom of the grain dryer, still efficient, is recovered and reintroduced into the system to reduce consumption.
Technology designed by Strahl that provides additional reduction of dust emissions.
System for monitoring product moisture, to ensure further control of the drying process.
Option that includes an inverter allowing regulation of the product extraction speed.
Provides additional temperature probes to more accurately monitor temperatures in the various sections of the dryer.
