The FRT Series features an innovative raised positioning of the external air inlet channel, located beside the burner. This strategic configuration allows intake of air with a low dust content, while simultaneously exploiting the airflow itself as an integrated acoustic insulation barrier.

The FRT Series is designed to reduce noise during operation, thanks to a dedicated recirculation air structure and controlled flow dynamics. It is the ideal dryer for installations near sensitive areas, where environmental comfort is a priority.

Process airflows are precisely managed both at the inlet and in the recirculation zone, ensuring homogeneous heat distribution and more uniform drying, without energy consumption peaks.

The FRT Series leverages controlled airflow management and optimization of residual heat to significantly reduce consumption, while maintaining fast, uniform and sustainable drying.
Air intake
External air enters the dryer to be heated and support the process.
Hot air circulation
External air heated by the burner flows through the grain, which releases internal moisture.
Exhaust air expulsion
Hot air at the bottom of the grain dryer, still efficient, is partly recovered and reintroduced into the system to reduce consumption, while exhaust air saturated with moisture is expelled.
Product cooling
In the lower area of the dryer, the dried product is cooled with external air before extraction.
Energy recovery
The hot air from the final drying phase, still efficient, is recovered and reintroduced into the system to reduce consumption.
