The FB Series ensures optimal drying in a single pass. The wet product is fed into the top of the dryer, gradually descends through the column and is crossed by a flow of hot air, which allows moisture to be progressively removed. The cooling phase, which takes place in the lower part of the dryer, enables immediate long-term storage of the product.

The FB Series discharge device allows large quantities of product to descend in very short time, optimizing continuous drying cycles.

Designed for small and medium volumes, the FB Series delivers high productivity in limited spaces, ideal for farms with restricted operational area.

Available with inline air burners and traditional burners, the FB Series adapts to different energy and production needs, allowing optimization of consumption, emissions and final product quality.
Air intake
External air enters the dryer to be heated and support the process.
Hot air circulation
External air heated by the burner flows through the grain, which releases internal moisture.
Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is blown out from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.
Product cooling
In the lower area of the dryer, the dried product is cooled with external air before extraction.
Technology designed by STRAHL that provides additional reduction of dust emissions.
System for monitoring product moisture, to ensure further control of the drying process.
Option that includes an inverter allowing regulation of the product extraction speed.
Provides additional temperature probes to more accurately monitor temperatures in the various sections of the dryer.
