The AR Series is designed for particularly gentle drying, ideal for sensitive products such as paddy rice. Managed in batches, it is perfect for small quantities that require careful handling, making it the natural choice for farms and collection centers that refuse to compromise on quality.

The machine’s construction and the ability to set specific programs allow for slow drying cycles and long tempering periods, particularly suited for the treatment of delicate products.

The AR Series enables the separate management of small production batches, essential in sectors such as organic and seed production, where lot distinction is a fundamental requirement.

Maintaining low temperatures and the ability to recycle the product multiple times — leveraging the natural fall within the drying chamber — preserves the seed’s germination capacity intact.
Air intake
Fresh air enters the dryer to be heated and support the process.
Hot air circulation
Hot air from the burner passes through the grain, transferring heat and absorbing moisture.
Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is expelled from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.
Product cooling
Once the desired moisture level is reached, the dryer shuts off. At this point, ambient air is channeled through the grain to ensure controlled cooling, essential for stabilizing the product and preparing it for extraction and storage.
Technology designed by STRAHL that provides additional reduction of dust emissions.
System for monitoring product moisture, to ensure further control of the drying process.
Option that includes an inverter allowing regulation of the product extraction speed.
Provides additional temperature probes to more accurately monitor temperatures in the various sections of the dryer.
