The FR Series represents an advanced continuous-cycle dryer solution, designed to optimize fuel consumption across processing volumes of any size. Thanks to an innovative recovery fan system, these installations maximize energy efficiency, significantly reducing operating costs and environmental impact.

Thanks to the recirculation system that reuses air not completely saturated with moisture, it significantly reduces fuel consumption and heat demand, for the same volume processed.

Designed for large volumes and extended processing, with access points and inspection structures conceived to minimize downtime and allow safe operations even on large-sized dryers.

The FR Series is designed to continuously dry medium and large volumes of grain, ensuring high productivity, uniform treatment, and consistent results even under prolonged working conditions.
Air intake
Process air is drawn from the environment to be heated.
Product cooling
In the lower section of the dryer, the dried product is cooled with air drawn from the environment, prior to extraction.
Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is expelled from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.
Hot air circulation
Hot air from the burner passes through the grain, transferring heat and absorbing moisture.
Energy recovery
The hot air from the final drying phase, still efficient, is recovered and reintroduced into the system to reduce consumption.
Technology designed by STRAHL that provides additional reduction of dust emissions.
System for monitoring product moisture, to ensure further control of the drying process.
Option that includes an inverter allowing regulation of the product extraction speed.
Provides additional temperature probes to more accurately monitor temperatures in the various sections of the dryer.
